Raising collies is a family project for us, everyone pitches in. We have many
fond family memories built around our children, grandchildren and collies. We breed our collies
so others can experience the joy of owning loving pets as we have with our collies. With our breeding
program, we breed for temperament, health, good eyes and beauty. We hope you enjoy your visit

We do lots of health testing on our collies
We test our breeding collies for the eye diseases of CEA and
PRA, for the MDR1 drug sensitivity (which 70% of collies have) and for hip dysplasia.

Our collies live
in our home, not in a kennel
Our 9 grandchlidren are great at socializing our puppies. Our collies and puppies love children!
Our collies do not support us, they are our hobby and passion
Gary is a full time dairy farmer, operating over
325 acres along with milking cows
Linda works 2 jobs off the farm, working over 50 hours a week away from home
We
are busy and if we didn't love our collies so much, we would not have puppies
Garlind Ridge collies are in 41 states, Canada, and Scotland
We breed when
we have a waiting list wanting puppies from us,
not just to breed
